We started The Game Traders because we were tired of the same problems every gamer faces — overpriced listings on big platforms, sketchy sellers with no accountability, and fees that eat into every transaction. We knew there had to be a better way.

As lifelong gamers based in Nevada, we wanted to build a marketplace that puts the community first. A place where you can find that rare retro cartridge, sell your old console to someone who'll actually appreciate it, or trade cards with collectors who share your passion — all without worrying about getting scammed or overpaying.

That's why every transaction on The Game Traders is backed by secure payments through Stripe, seller verification, and a dispute resolution system that actually works. We keep our platform fee at just 10% — lower than most marketplaces — because we believe more money should stay in the community.
