About this card
Type: Spell Card · Continuous
Archetype: Signature move
During your Main Phase: You can destroy 1 DARK monster in your hand or face-up field, and if you do, add 1 "Yubel", or 1 card that mentions it, from your Deck to your hand, except "Nightmare Pain". You can only use this effect of "Nightmare Pain" once per turn. While you control a "Yubel" monster, your opponent's monsters that can attack must attack "Yubel" monsters. Your opponent takes any battle damage you would have taken from battles involving your "Yubel" monsters.

Frequently asked
How can I tell if my Nightmare Pain is real?
Nightmare Pain is not on our list of commonly-counterfeited cards, but counterfeits exist across every set. Check the holographic sticker on the bottom-right of the card face (real cards have a specific Konami anti-counterfeit pattern), the cardstock thickness and texture, font weight on the card name, and verify the set code printed on the card. For high-value copies we recommend submitting to a professional grader (PSA, BGS, CGC) for tamper-evident authentication.
