Qix on Wikipedia
Qix is a 1981 puzzle video game developed and published by Taito for arcades. Designed by husband and wife team Randy and Sandy Pfeiffer, Qix is one of a handful of games made by Taito's American division. At the start of each level, the playing field is a large, empty rectangle, containing the Qix, an abstract stick-like entity that performs graceful but unpredictable motions within the confines of the rectangle. The objective is to draw lines that close off parts of the rectangle to fill in a set amount of the playfield.

The purest arcade-to-handheld translation on the Lynx, and one of the few games where the dim original screen genuinely does not matter.
Knight Technologies’ 1991 conversion of the 1981 arcade original, published by Telegames during the licensed era and reviewed at the time alongside its stablemate Fidelity Ultimate Chess. Qix is line-drawing on a black field — high contrast, no scrolling, no fine detail to lose — so it survives a degraded 35-year-old LCD better than almost anything else in the library.
That makes it the game to keep in the bag when you are testing an unmodded console: if Qix looks unplayable, the screen has a real problem rather than a normal amount of age.

Sealed copies run to several times loose; loose and complete are both cheap. Low risk either way.
